What steps need to be taken to get licensed as a hair braider and/or hair weaver? Where can you find an onine directory of schools that focus on these two types of hair design?

Beautician School. Check in the phone book or check with other licensed braiders and ask them how it's done.

It depends on what state you are in. If you are in Chicago, call 311 and they will connect you to the licensing department.
