I love adding peanut butter cups. and sometimes caramel or chocolate syrup. Yummy.

most ice cream companies have added a lot of stuff to ice cream that you can simply choose from what's available-- nuts, mallows, choco syrup, caramel, crumbled chocolate cookies, fruits, candies-- name it, they've added it.
but i prefer scoops of old fashioned vanilla ice cream in a bowl, generously drizzled with Baileys Irish cream-- awesome. The vanilla ice cream takes on a totally different character: smooth, creamy, but with that Baileys bite that makes you smack your lips together. When the ice cream melts, it blends so nice with the remaining Baileys at the bottom of the bowl. it's a great pick me up treat when you feel down, too.
