So this year is my sophomore year in high school, i decided to take all honors classes..is it normal to have a rocky start? I always feel like the stupid one in my class cause everyone seemed so smart...last year i only took one honors classes, i'm also in the third week of school..so i don't know if it's still to early to get stressed... anyone have any tips to do well in honors classes?

ok i downloaded a game on my computer halo and it does slows down a little at times so i pressed alt control and delte and went to proccess and left cicked on halo and went all the way down to set priorty and made it real time it works good now wit no slowing but it gave me a warning warning changig the procces can cause unstable results should i not do it please help wut does it mean thanks

Ok, I go to a Catholic school and all through last yr I had a Bible study course where we basically just looked at the Bible in depth and stuff..a lot of it was rly eye opening & I really enjoyed the class....but this is something I've always always wondered, and plz don't get mad at me but.....obviously I missed something during that class...

How do we know that the Bible is real? How do we know that ppl didn't just write it and its filled with a bunch of like stories written by wise people? I probably sound really stupid asking this but just how do we know its actually important? How is different from other literature from way back in time (like Beowulf) or mythology?

*Every time I ask a question regarding religion, ppl get all mean and make me feel really stupid. Please don't do it, I mean seriously I'm asking this question because I don't know, not to be ridiculed! THANKSSSS!*

After stumbling upon www.godhatesglobes.com one day, I thought it was a parody. The webmaster seemed so very intent on "proving" that the earth is flat that I figured, in the year 2006 AD, no one could seriously believe that planet Earth is flat.

I guess I was wrong.

How can someone truly say that the Earth is flat (which the bible clearly implies, read the latest post on the site for biblical verses) when there is an abundance of evidence to the contrary? How can someone believe that even though thousands of people take flights around the world every day, we haven't lost one plane "over the edge" or had one single person leak the "truth"? How do you explain satellites and pictures of the earth from the moon? How about how ships disappearing over the horizon? GPS? Gravity?

I think most everyone agrees that the earth is round. Is this just another contradiction or can someone clear this up for me without preaching?
