if your daughter was 17 and wanted to show breasts, in the US that would child pornography, so no Unlce Sam isn't going to let her. In parts of Europe she can.
Aside from the legal stuff, since she's 17 and still a minor no. Once she's an adult she can do whatever she wants

Well i do have a daughter but she aint 17 yet. She's just about to turn 8 in novembre. I am the father of her and if for any reason if she becomes an actress, there is no way in hell i would let her do anyting drastic like that as long as she is living under my christian roof.

No, I would not even allow my daughter to wear what they called bubble gum pants around here. They were way too tight and gave off the wrong impression. I do not see why such things should matter, unfortunately in this culture they do, so it is up to us as parents to keep our children saafe, even if they sometimes resent us for it. If your daughter is an actress in America and a director has asked her to do this, i would advise getting a lawyer, as it is illeagal here until she turns 18. Something on that deal just is not above board.

I wouldn't let her become an actress in the first place. Child stars rarely end up well. Adult actors and actresses don't have a great track record either.

It would all depend upon the context in the movie. If the context was a wholesome one, then I would permit her to show her breasts. But if the context was one in which there was violence and murder or other morbid experiences, then No, I would not allow her to show her breasts.

I don't have a daughter and I"m 17 myself, so I would say that it's her life and if she is an actress and makes her own money, she can do whatever she wants to do.
