I get roughly 4 -5 hours sleep a night and often less on weekends. This wasn't really because I can't sleep but due to work and seeing friends. However I've noticed even when I do try and go to sleep earlier I cant, and I also wake up at least twice during my 5 hours even if its only for a minute or 2. Is that normal?

I have a main movie stage with a navigation function that calls different .swf files as loadMovie ("file.swf", 1) so on and so forth. My question is, "How do I call a flash file and place under the main file with the navigation so it runs under its graphics?" Here's an example. http://www.manmetropolis.com/vivelatino/index-flash.htm When it loads you should see a navigation on top. "Artistas" is the first button in the navigation. I want to load graphics that will appear under the curtains. The problem is when I call a file it loads on top of the MAIN FILE!

Starting age 10 my pants were usually a bigger size than my tops. At that age I wore girls size 7 in tops and size 8 pants. As a young adult now I am often size 0 in tops and size 4 in pants.
My brother's pants size was also bigger than top size since he was a kid.

I wonder if the majority of people wear bigger size pants?
