I met a much older guy at church. His mom and mine are good friends. His first wife died 10 years ago, and his second wife divorced him 1 year ago. We didn't get to talk with each other until his mom was seriously ill. Some time after his mom past away, I started to notice little things he did. He chooses to sit at the same side where I sit at church. When I switched side, he did the same. He casts glances at me when I interact with others. Day before yesterday as he was on his way home, his eyes were fixed on me although he was answering someone else's questions. I don't know if this could mean that he's begun to take an interest in me. What do you think? Your help is appreciated.

The asian man says I'm doing this for my people and jumps off, the latino says I'm doing this for my people then jumps off. The black man says this is for my people and pushes the white man off the mountain. If you are not black swith the races around it works the same way...

I'm 16 and I am a very open minded person but i've had a hard time accepting the existence of a hell or heaven because I haven't exactly been following a religion and I probably wouldn't get into heaven by the standards of the 3 monothiestic religions. I also don't want to accept that there is nothing there in the afterlife because that would make life rather pointless. I want there to be something there but at the same time i'm scared that if there is, it won't exactly benefit me.

Getting pregnant is a long time paranoia/fear of mine.
I was diagnosed with a UTI last week, and wondered if they can spot pregnancy with the urine tests used to search for problems. I haven't actually had sex, but I have fooled around alot, so I'm getting really paranoid. I was on the pill for my skin, but it was making me feel crazy so after about 5 days of taking it, I stopped. I then started to bleed for about a week. This was on the 10th of August and period before that was on the 24th of July. When should I expect my next period? I think I"ve really screwed up my cycle!

I finally got to watch 2001 for the first time the other day, on HDTV no less. What a beautiful movie!! Anyway, I'm having trouble understanding some of it. What is the connection of the beginning with the ape-people to the rest of the movie. They found that big box sticking out of the ground but whats the point of that whole sequence? Also, they don't do a very good job of tying the big alien box they found on the moon to the rest of the movie. It just seems like there were alot of loose ends in the movie. Other than that minor criticism, it was definitely THEEEE most scientifically accurate space movie I have ever seen (assuming you ignore the infinity sequence at the end). The space stations and the physics behind it all was so convincing that I can't believe it. Why can't hollywood be that accurate in their space movies anymore?
