I save digital images from the web. What's the smartest method for keeping them organized--manually saving them in labeled folders in My Documents, or saving all the photos in just one folder unlabeled and use software like Paint Shop Album or Photoshop Album to tag and organize them? What should I do when I want to delete some photos...should I always delete from within the photo organizer software?

I work with this guy that I know was interested. He had started coming around a little more than usuall and speaking some. I am very shy and it takes time for me to open up. But tonight at work he didn't do anything, could he have lost intrest that fast. This has been going on now for about 3 months.

Went to buy a car last summer and did a test drive .unfortunately I crashed it with another car and paid huge amount of money. Hi, There is this friend of mine that was a close friend and she just shut down all communication with me and whenever i do see her she makes up excuses not to have to talk to me. I don't think that she is treating me fairly and I am about to lose her as a close friend. How do I tell her how I feel without having to make her mad at me? I would just like us to be cordial with each other because we live near each other for one thing and the second thing is that our daughters are in the same class at school this year and I don;t want to have to be mean to her infront of our children when we are together in person. This is the second time this sort of thing has happened before that she just completely shut down and stoped talking to me but then she came around but this time I doubt she will because we have definnately grown apart. Please help. Thanks for your times. Any advice reguarding this question would be very helpful and appreciatied.
