Great benefits for a baby cow! Humans do not need the milk from another mammal.

Cons for humans? It's not low in calories, it's a simple carb (all sugar, no fiber) and unless you are drinking fat free milk, it has saturated fat! Blech.

Calcium can be found in much healthier whole foods.

benefit is for cows not for humans, we are the only species that drink milk form another animal. Thats why it causes alot of allergys. If i had to drink milk id prefer to drink breast milk. Breast milk contains lauric acid which is very good for you. Other food have much better sources of calcium.

Protein and calcium. Protein for muscle repair and development and calcium for bone strengthing and development. Calcium keeps the bones strong and health. So drink lots of milk!!!

healthy bones, muscles, teeth, it provides your body with calcium so you just need to eat dairy...so technically you don't have to drink milk you can eat cheese or yogurt..but you're supposed to have 3 servings a day.....of calcium
