I broke up with my first love about a year ago and was very mean about it, I broke his heart literally. Everyone said, someday you'll pay for it. I don't like the guy anymore but I have felt so bad and haven't had the chance to apologize to him. I feel really guilty and depressed I literally hate myself for it, and also I can't stop thinking about what everyone said about paying for it. I totally deserve it if something did happen I agree. I am with another guy now and I love him more than anything but I keep worrying 24/7 that he will do to me what I did to my ex even tho he assures me everyday how much he loves me. Is there any way that I can get over my past and leave it behind so I can move on with my life??

when i put the shorts in the dryer, only 1/4 of the hem under the belt loops was torn. then after taking it out of the dryer, about 3/4 total got torn. it got torn @ the lower side of the belt loops.

I've been friends with benefits with one my closest guy friends...we've probably been messing around for about 5 months or so now. Many people would ask us if we were dating, but we always answered that we were "just friends". He said that never messed around with anyone else during the whole 5 months that we've been doing this...and the same goes for me. We were almost "together" without really being together, if that makes sense. Well...this friend of mine called me last night to tell me that he might be getting back together with his ex-girlfriend...and I'm super-crushed! I don't really have huge feelings for him, but I just don't want our relationship to change...because we are close friends who had the best time hanging out...who would just happen to end up fooling around at the of the night....So, am I overreacting to this or should I just get over it and move on? Thanks for your advice!!!

All you people that complain about me using hername and picture, and slamme for doing itneed to remember. She did the same thing , only worse . She used a persons social security number aginst them, claimed to be some one else, messed up their credit and people are getting mad becuse I used her face and name for a little internet skit and even stated that I'm not her. yet there are people that get mad about it.

I have cancer and would like to just live a fun life. I would like to work, as another post says, but just for fun. I love hanging out with my friends, but could I maybe get my GED and continue with classes I liked? it would be nice to fall back on. I found out this week that I am able to get a brand new insulin pump as the warranty has expired on my old one (IR1000 by Animas). I like the one I have, but I also want to try out the new one (IR 1250). It seems to have soooooooo many more features that the older one doesn't have. I was wondering if anyone is using this one, and if so do you like it? Is there anything you don't like about it? What do you like about it? Is it smaller than other pumps (if you have had others to compare it to; it says it is smaller than the one I have now)? I am excited to get this one and want to know what others think of it before I get it.

what is your opinion? Should it even be taught? It's not always a matter of if gay marriage is right or wrong, but what's the point in the first place??
The people who go to school in South and North America..either go to a religiouse private school, a private school, or a public school. Therefore the students who go to public schools are not all religiouse. So just because public schools are not religiouse (and that gay marriage is not taught in private schools) why should students learn about gay marriage?..just to be different from private schools..or to show that it exists? And what will we learn from this lesson? It seems like the public school board (or whoever "voted" for students to learn about gay marriage) are forcing students to learn about gay marriage. If "they" see that gay marriage is a normal marriage like a marriage between a man a women...then why should it be taught? I mean I didn't learn about "marriage between a man and a woman" in school.

In reading the answers to a question along the lines of "Would the world be a safer place if there was no religion?" I cam across an answer given by one of our resadent bible thumpers (I'm pretty sure you all know and... well not love him, but you all know him) which was "ABSOLUTELY NOT! Man is inherently DEPRAVED-- things would be WORSE!"

So is he admitting that, if not for the threat of hell and the idea of an omnipotant being constantly looking over his sholder, that he would go around eating babies? Do some people actually believe that, without some form of religion, we would have no moral code? Don't these people know that humans, as a general rule, are a self preserving species and that most would instinctivly gravitate toward behavior that helps further the species, not hinder it? Of course, there are crazies out there, but the vast majority of people would not turn into crazy mass murdering rapists if you took away religion.

What do you think? Agree with me, or him? Why?
