I just bought a complete setup with tank, cabinet base, canopy, lighting, gravel, pump & filtration system, & decorative rock for $750.00. Did I get a good deal?? Oh, I also got 10 fish thrown in for free.

I have high blood presure and I could stand to lose a little weight but not alot.. I have started walking 20 mins a day 5 days a week today does anyone know if this will help my blood presure since weight isnt' the issue and if I will lose any weight

Hey guys i'm 17, male, 6ft1 and weigh a terrible 294lbs. I suppose i want to lose around 80lbs of fat. I do 1 hour of cardio a day (stationary bike) and do weight lifting every 2 days with 2x20lbs dumbells.

Was wondering how many calories do i currently need to maintain my current weight? and whether to go on a 1200 or 1500 calories diet.

Also every morning for breakfast i have a average sized bowl of fruit and fibre with skimmed milk - is this good?

I want to animate my own flash cartoons, but I don't know who to get my software from. Are there any FREE online flash animators to sign up to (and I don't mean free trials!), or do I have to pay lots of money to download a package?
