I had sex with my boyfriend the day after I got done with my period. Before he ejaculated, he pulled out. I am now 3-4 days late on my next period. I have been under a lot of stress as well. I don't know if it is stress that is causing me to be late or am I pregnant? I'm really scared too.

Honey, anytime you have sex you have the possibility of getting pregnant. No contraceptive method is 100 percent effective. There are pregnancy tests that you can and should take, but it may not show up for a while. Worrying about it will only delay your period. I don't mean to preach, but if you do not want to have children yet, and are determined to have sex,please use a condom. They are not only 97% effective, they will protect against STD's. If you are too embarrassed to buy them at a supermarket or convience store, please go to your local Planned Parenthood. They will be discrete and will also be able to help you with other questions. They are there to help you and inform you. If your boyfriend really loves you, he will respect your wishes and will gladly wear one because it can bring both of you peace of mind.

Stress could be a cause, but you could still be pregnant. "pulling out" doesn't mean you won't get pregnant. Those swimmers can escape during sex sometimes in the pre-ejac fluid. Take a test to be sure and knowing may help reduce your stress level.

Any time a woman is sexually active, if she still has all her organs, there's a chance of becoming pregnant...not being on birth control or using a condom naturally increases the odds.
Go get a home preg. test and take it. No point in worrying when you can find out the answer, and then go from there.

stress can mess up a period but also you need to take a preg. test just to be on the sure b/c if you are preg. and dont' take care of yourself you could be hurting the baby. also the pull out metod does not work if you don't want a child right now I sugest codems or birth control... asap..

that's the most UNLIKELY time you could get pregnant, but there is always thaa possibility.
stress will make you late, and the more you stress out, the later it will be. definitely a catch 22.
you could also try a pregnancy test.

This pulling out thing in no way prevents pregnancy; thats been known for a long, long time. If you dont want to use a condom, get on the pill, or purchase a crib

yes, you may be so get a few pregnacy test (4to5) try to get the two pack. you'll need to take them 1st thing in the morning when you pee when you wake up.. you may be embarrassed when you go to get them but its better to get it over with just incase that test comes back positive.. best of wishes and good luck!
