I want to animate my own flash cartoons, but I don't know who to get my software from. Are there any FREE online flash animators to sign up to (and I don't mean free trials!), or do I have to pay lots of money to download a package? Please post what site I should go to, and if it costs any thing to download or sign up to. I will be grateful for your help.

If you go to college (me, a community college) you can get most of this software for free through the program you are in. Since I was in graphic design, I got Macromedia Studio for free from the department.

Now the only way to get flash for free is illegally by downloading and cracking the software, everything you need for this can be found on any good torrent site like http://www.mininova.org. However this is completely illegal.

You can buy the whole Macromedia Studio from Amazon for £208 which is an education package but its pretty much the same as I use at work.
Also to get you started check out some of these sites they have lots of useful tutorials and reay made fla file that you can customise
