yeah...i can feel her on that. for me, it just means that i've gotten myself into too much, made too many promises, obligations, and have a hard time balancing work/love/music/band/label/spiritual life/working out/friend drama/family/etc...
it's sometimes hard to relax when we are "doing" too much. she just needs a small little vacation, a day at the park, to see a show, go to a movie, read a book--something to where she can "escape" for a little while...tell her to just BREATHE...but if nothing changes, nothing changes...she won't get a break unless she takes some time to love herself enough to breathe...

No I don't feel smothered or depressed.
I am a generally happy person.
This doesn't mean I haven't had my share of things to deal with... I've had a lot of changes in my life recently, some very stressful ones. However, the Lord was with me and carried me through and I've learned how to handle stress.

I think most people at some point in their lives goes through this. You have many things at once going through your mind fighting for attention, and it just leads to a great deal of stress. The solution is just to work out a list and prioritize them with the most important one first and so forth.
When Joe Boo feels this way he takes a moment to himself to collect his thoughts, then pours himself a glass of rum, and tries to figure it out. Sometimes it is successful, othertimes it takes a littel while.

Sure, sometimes to much responsibility, never ending. Get tired of doing for everyone, need time out. She's right on about that.
