What exactly is tall enough?

My dad has a female shih tzu/poodle mix dog and my uncle has a male shih tzu/maltese dog.
My uncle found his dog wandering the neighborhood 5 years ago and he decided to keep it so he doesn't know the dog's history.
Well my dad wants his dog to have one litter before she gets spayed.
Only problem is, we're not sure if the male is neutered! We don't want to go through the trouble of trying to mate them if it's not going to work.
How can we tell if he's been neutered??? Any identifying scars to search for?

Beethoven.
Question 1 is false. Ludwig van Beethoven was her third child, not last, and the first to survive infancy. And she only had 8 kids not 9. The rest is most likely false too, you have 6 "imperfect" children and She only had 3 that survived infancy with no health defects. You can do the math right.(8-3=?) So you have to count beethoven's own deafness later in life for that even to be accurate.
Sorry, I did a biography on Beethoven 4th,5th, or 6th grade and something smelled fishy when the anwser was beethoven.

A man walks into a pharmacy and wanders up and down the aisles. The sales girl notices him and asks him if she can help him. He answers that he is looking for a box of tampons for his wife. She directs him down the correct aisle. A few minutes later, he deposits a huge bag of cotton balls and a ball of string on the counter.

14 years ago we came from NI (Belfast) to Germany. I am bilingual myself, so I spoke German to my now nearly 15 y.old daughter from the beginnig on. Her father spoke english to her and our language spoken at home was English (her father didn't know too much German) when she was 4, her father left us. From that day on, she refused to speak any English, now she needs English at school, ever worse, I'm contemplating about going back to Britain to work. The little bit of English left, she pronounces with a really bad NI accent, but grammar and most of the words are gone. If I talk to her in English, she answers in German, she understands every word. What can I do to help her getting her English improved?

Why should i let Religion dictate my life. I am a free minded person and i do not like when people or books writen thousands of years ago tell me what i should i do with my life, how to live my life, and what i can and can not do. I belive that religion destroys our individualist mind and body by telling us what to do and what to belive in. Millions have died since man has "invented" religion because they did not belive in the other person's Religion. why should i belive in some thing that might have dout or no one really knows what is right?
