Many countries have not made a serious effort at birth control and in many areas, hide behind the Catholic Church as forbidding birtch control. India is a very good example of the government failing to attempt birth control. China is slowly winning the struggle by limiting the number of children to 1 per family, but with the increased longevity, it will be years before the population declines. Genocide need not be mandated by any nation as with environmental pollution, decreasing food supplies and global warming, it is only a matter of time.

Birth control is controlling population.Genocide is a henious crime. If you see the history ,the size of animals are coming down. There is no animal of the size of dino now.Even height of man is coming down. The food requirements are coming down per person. The development of micro food ,a tablet which contains all energy requirement of the day may be discovered to control hunger, agriculture redundant and eating only for taste. The future food technology may be different.Science and nature will solve all problems.
