Wondreing if anyone out there is on the south beach diet and can you have decaf coffeew/ non-dairy creamer. Can you have beans, like pinto. I am in phase one and 13 days to go. Any suggestions on foods. I have the book, but need a little more detailed help on the foods that are allowed. Am I eating the right stuff that they mention.

that he hates his work and he is really stressed out with it and he said that he cannot wait until we meet on Thursday again after not seeing each other for 3 weeks and until I can look after him.. I have a Dell PC and it crashed. I have the CD dell sent with it but I can't find the jacket with the CD Key code. Does anyone know how to get it? I found one software but they want $118.00 for it. I can buy a upgrade cheaper than that. Thanks for your help

Okay i'm 16 and started dating this guy 7 weeks ago. He's 17 and we struck it of really well. We would hang together heaps cos we were on holidays, so he would work in the day and hang with me at night. I'd hang with his friends and everything. It was going well and we progressed rather quickly. Neither of us were sexually experienced, i was a virgin and he had done it once a long time ago. Then his best friend started to hate me. Just a few little things and i was goign through a depressive state, not too bad but not great. And his best friend jsut bitched about me and he brokeit off with me. It hurt and he said we weren't clicking but i found that hard to understand cos just the day before we were making out and stuff. Anyway we were friends and maybe two weeks after we broke up (Our relationship was for a month) we got together and had drunken sex. He said that nite that he still had feelings for and i believe him. He has no backbone. I love him, but i don't know what to do. Help

PEOPLE kill, rob, rape, torture people, not the Creator.

Free will is the ability to do good OR evil.

Besides, if you believe in the Creator, then you know that this life is only a temporary part of our existence - when an innocent person is killed, it is their physical body that is killed, not their soul!

I keep seeing statements from people belonging to certain religious groups stating that people who have not accepted Jesus in a certain way will not go to heaven. This apparently includes people who belong to other non-Christian religions. I am wondering if anyone went to heaven before Jesus was born? Obviously no one who died B.C.E. would have been Christian in any way. So does that mean no one who died B.C.E. could have gone to heaven? What about Moses and Elijah, who according to the Old Testament were actually transported up to heaven? What about Abraham? Was heaven empty B.C.E.?
