actuall I smoke daily but the spot is on the lips for 1 years

Its actually probably herpes from smokin that man pole. At least thats what Bill O'Reilly told me.

Stop smoking!! The spots are as a result on the continuous smoking.

You should buy some skin bleaching cream with vitamin E in it...also if you smoke, try smoking on the other side of your lips, alternate...

Black spots??? Run to a dermotologist but.... i think you smoke while you sleep and your cigarette burnt your lip.... GO TO A DERMOTOLOGIST RIGHT AWAY!!!!
