dont worry, thats the first thing u have to do, breast milk flow is a natural reflex ,it will b established as soon as the baby is delivered,let b by normal or by cessarean section, my personal advice is that u eat healthy food arfter delivery,if ur a non veg u acn eat lot of fish,if ur a vegi u can take lots of garlic roasted in ghee,dont ever get tensed for if u get tensed and ansious can hinder the milk let down,advanced congratulation for a happy motherhood.

Stay away from alcohol and cigarettes and try to eat a healthy diet. These things will ensure that your child get's high quality milk.
As far a physical prep, there's not much you can do other than start feeding when he's born.

Don't do anything except for learning about breastfeeding. Nature will take care of the rest. After your baby is born, ask for help in the hospital, if you need it, or contact a lactation consultant.
