Me and my boyfriend have been together 2years and 1 year engaged lately things have been boring with nothing happening!! Whilst things were going down hill me and my best male friend were getting on really really well. He would whisper normal everyday things really seductively in my ear it was so much fun when we were messing around (play fighting) at work and meeting up in the security cupboard! Then my friend annouced he was leaving work for a new job I felt so devastated like I was being dumped!! We went out to say goodbye and we kissed it was so passionate he made me feel absoultely amazing. BUT I LOVE my boyfriend and I felt so sick with guilt and decided to forget all about it but I couldn't! My boyfriend found out and dumped me my parents hate me and they really miss him and I still love him and miss him tremendously but my work friend makes me feel like nothing I have ever felt!! I gave up on love and commitment to feel sexy and wanted I have nothing. Help me, what should I do?

Okay... i have been through alot of **** this year ... so im wanting a tattooo that means something... like new life, or starting over. Just because it contains some actual historical people, events, and places that may be confirmed by archaeology, does not in the least imply the crazy stuff is true. Does it? Couldn't anyone confuse myths they believed with people and history they were familiar with to make a fictional work that contains actual historical people, places, and events, but is nevertheless a work of fiction?

I have this cat that I got about a year ago and at first when she would bite and scratch me I just thought that she wasn't used to me and that she would grow out of it but she still bites and scratches me everyday and makes me bleed quite a bit. I'm 5'8", 150 lbs. I go to the gym every other day and perform various exercises such as supersets and cardio afterwards. After sunset everyday I do at least 20 minutes of running. I try to build some muscle mass while trying to lose some fat. I know you need to have a lot of protein in your diet to build muscle mass. My question is whether I have to have a lot protein only on those days I go to the gym. I still have protein everyday, just not in the extreme amounts my body needs to build muscle. Is there really a difference when having a little protein on my rest days and having a lot on my gym days? Should the protein intake be consistent each day or should the intake be adjusted based on workout? Any insight into this would be greatly appreciated.

My 5 mo. son got his first 2 teeth about a month ago. Now his top teeth are coming through and he has started biting HARD. I have breastfed before but his brother was almost 10 mo before he had any teeth and he understood "no" or I would just give him a sippie. My baby right now is too young for that. I want to continue breastfeeding - does any one have any tips to get through this?
