i accidently locked traverse town BEFORE i went to see cid, and now i can't find him to give him the old book. what can i do? where is he? PLEASE help!

i think you need to give merlin the book and cid should be in the main part of the town wait to give you a warp gummi or something and merlin lives behind the fire door

He should be inside the small house in the third district. When you go up the stairs towards the second district, the small house should be right in front of you.
If you've locked Traverse Town, he might be in the first district. Do you remember where Sora woke up in the first district? Near there. Just up where that blue box was.
