at 4 am today i heard a gunshot that was very close, i go outside and theres a black guy in the street about 75 yards away. he had a shotgun, he was screaming, where are you bitc.h. you know i'll find you. well that sort of thing happens in dallas county, tx. and i used to call the cops about it, but they can never find the guy so nothing is done. so i blew it off, well 2 hours later i hear a the news, theres a stand off on my block 2 houses down, the guy had a woman and a kid hostage in his house. i should have called them, but they got him , took him to jail, and the hostages are ok. but i feel so guilty about not calling, i know this isnt a Q. i just had to let it out, forgive me people. this all happened in duncanville texas. would you have called the cops, when your so used to hearing gunshots?

This amendment was ratified in 1868 to protect the civil rights of native-born black Americans, who had recently been freed from slavery and whose rights were being denied.Most of the countries of the world do not have automatic birth citizenship, including free nations like Australia and the U.K. Just because a child is born here that should not automatically guarantee that person becomes a citizen -- especially when the parents broke the law to get here in the first place.

I have a docs apt in the morning about these pregnancy symptoms. I want to be prepared, is there any other condition that can cause symptoms similar to those you experience during pregnancy, I seem to remember a doc in the past telling me about one but I cant remember what it was? I just hope he decides to do the blood test for me this time, I'm sick of not knowing whats heppening to me!

for the past, week or so, my kitty (about 7 weeks old) has done nothing but lay around and wants to be held. the other 2 that i have, same age, are running around and are healthy. shes lost so much weight you can like see her ribs. and now just today she doesnt even want to be held. she wont eat food, and i have warmed milk, cold milk, everything--she just wont eat. she can only go a few steps before she has to rest, her eyes are so sad looking....i dont know what it is or how to get her to eat. its so sad just looking at her. is it possible that she CAN have depression, or should i be worried about distemper?? or could she just possibly eat something bad (they are outside cats)....i just dont know.....

I am working to have a felony drug offense possibly expunged or sealed in kentucky. I was told that I may first want to file a motion to vacate the plea but it has been 5 years as of july. So I also need to know if anyone knows the statute of limitations regarding the time limit to file the motion to vacate as well. The case involved domestic violence with me being the victim and ended with a trafficking charge due to me not being willing to testify against my abuser. I am currently enrolled in a criminal justice program and will graduate in June '07 but cannot enter the field with my charge. Ky has a 5 year wait for expungements after all time is served. For me that will not be completed til Oct '06. I really want to be able to help other women who have been abused and would appreciate any assistance in this matter.

I have a 97 Honda accord....I got my bakes done and about a month later every time I would brake my whole front end would shake. I dont have the money to get them done again at least not right now but they wont fix it because they said it's already been a month.
