How much is it usually for a check up for a dog? Can someone give me a ball park?

Last time I went with the rabbies shot it was $70.00

At the clinic I worked at in Wisconsin, it was a total of $39 for a check up, Distemper and Rabies. Flea and tick preventatives, fecal check, dewormer, heartworm test are all recommended and will add to your total. Call the vets in your area and ask for estimates. I'm sure they'll be more than happy to tell you what they charge. Prices vary based on the area the vets are in, what they decide to charge, and the services offered.

An office visit can range from $35-75 depending on where you live.
Shots, treatments, and meds will increase your bill.
Where I live (western SC) it is $95 for the annual exam including all shots.

Our vet charges $30 bucks just to say hello. Shots etc are extra.
