In the Old Testament there is smiting here and smiting there..pillars of fire and floods to smite the enemies of the Children of God...and then Jesus arrived and it was all love and forgiveness...I have never managed to get my head around that??

I've left home and now at college. My girlfriend is back home. Home is only an hour away. However, the other day my girlfriend said she was this close to breaking up with me because she couldn't stand being depressed all the time. They want to lose the name England and have Regions instead except for Prescot's county Yorkshire, he would fiddle that wouldn't he! If Brown becomes PM, he a Scot would be able to tell the English what to do but not the Scots!!! Why do the Scots get free care when they go into a home, English older people have to sell their home to pay for care. The Scots do not pay fees if they go to university, we the English do. Soon the Welsh will not pay prescrition charges, we will continue to do so. The Scots can cote on English only matters in Parliament, we cannot vote on Scottish issues. It is time for the English to rebel!!!!

We are going on a week long vacation in a couple of weeks. Should we wait until we get back from vacation to start potty training her? For a few weeks now, she's been grabbing at her diaper when it's dirty. And she stays dry for longer periods of time now. We've introduced her to the potty already, so she does know what it's for, but I'm afraid to actually try and potty train her right now when we will be going on vacation soon. I think it would be too hard to start now and continue on vacation in a strange place. What do I do? Should I try now, or wait until we get back from vacation? She will be just over 17 months when we get back. Any suggestions would help. Thanks!

Why do illegal immigrants have rights? They are not citizens of this country yet they have all these rights. I have literally been told Sorry we cannot hire you because you do not speak spanish. BUT if you tell an immigrant sorry I cannot hire you because you do not speak english, well, YOU are gonna be in alot of trouble. These criminals come here, rape our social systems, live like pigs, and keep the economy down. The employers of these people are even worse because they use them to line their own pockets. We spend billions of dollars on programs designed JUST to aid illegal immigrants when really what we should do is send them back where they came from. They spit in every soldiers face who ever fought for this great country while they enjoy the freedoms those men gave us. Immigrating to the USA is not a RIGHT it is a gift. WE allow you to come here. Mexico is a dumpy place full of crime and corruption and it's citizens should battle that and better their own country.
