if you always have to pee as well, these may be early symptoms of diabetes.
you might want to check with your doctor.

Any kind of regular food or spice cravings indicate a possible serious health problem. It may be caused by sinus/mucousy post nasal drip, or an overgrowth of yeast/fungus/mold inside your body....which is called a microform overgrowth, this is usually called Candida. You may have other health problems due to this as well. However, it could be one of many things, but I suggest you see a nutritionist for help or you may go into a health food store & ask someone who works in the vitamins & herbs dept for suggestions. As far as a Salt Substitute, I have 2 that I use, one is call " Real Salt" & the other is Sea Salt that is all natural from France or Celtic Sea Salt, but still use it sparingly.

cravings are a natural thing that happens to most people. when i have a craving i usually drink water and do some activity to ease my mind off of the food i desire. there are 2 types of cravings: emotional cravings and physical cravings. emotional cravings are when u crave a food but after a while it tends to fade away. physical cravings are when the craving intensifys twice as much and it doesn't fade away. if it's emotional it's easy to get ride off but if it's physical then i suggest just walk it off or something to ease you mind. since i don't experience physical cravings it's hard for me to determine what you should do to get ridd off it. hopefully this works for you ! good luck :)
