I have a docs apt in the morning about these pregnancy symptoms. I want to be prepared, is there any other condition that can cause symptoms similar to those you experience during pregnancy, I seem to remember a doc in the past telling me about one but I cant remember what it was? I just hope he decides to do the blood test for me this time, I'm sick of not knowing whats heppening to me!

I asked him to do a blood test last week, he said no wait and see. I can try asking again but I cant pay and I dont have insurance, the NHS take care of everything.
I'm not late at all, my last period was early and light though!

it could be many things, but usually if you have pregnancy symptoms you are most likely pregnant. one of my friends had the same problem, every test she took at home was negative and two blood tests were negative, finally one night she called me crying cause she had no idea what was wrong with her so i took her to the ER and made them do another blood test and finally it came back positive. make your doctor give you a blood test. good luck i hope everything works out for you.

Really depends what those symptoms are and if you've missed a period. Sometimes before a period I've experienced symptoms similiar to those I had when first prego. And sometimes those tests take a while to come out positive especially if it's a boy. Good Luck

Hun, don't hope he decided to do a blood test for you. TELL him to do a blood test for you. You are the patient, and you have the right to request one (if you can pay, or if your insurance covers it).

Also, did you take a home pregnancy test? Are you actually late for your period?

Tell the doctor you need the blood test. It is not unusual to have a lighter than normal period while pregnant. They had to adjust my due date because of that. With the possible morning sickness and other symptoms, tell the doctor you need to know so you can deal with it.
