I can't go outside that much so I'm doing a workout either when I watch tv or when I listen to music......
cardio:run in place as fast as possible and as long as I possibly can
strength:a little bit of each:pushups,inner thigh lifts,outer thigh lifts,front leg lifts,butt lifts,crunches,tricep dips
flexibility:do some stretches that are really good like yoga stretches....they always make me feel so....rel..ax..ed....ye..ah....aahhh....they feel so good.....
also stretch at the beginning too.....
will this work????
