I can't go outside that much so I'm doing a workout either when I watch tv or when I listen to music......

cardio:run in place as fast as possible and as long as I possibly can
strength:a little bit of each:pushups,inner thigh lifts,outer thigh lifts,front leg lifts,butt lifts,crunches,tricep dips
flexibility:do some stretches that are really good like yoga stretches....they always make me feel so....rel..ax..ed....ye..ah....aahhh....they feel so good.....
also stretch at the beginning too.....

will this work????

Sounds reasonable with the exception of the running to exhaustion. You should re-think that part.

It sounds like you're off to a pretty good start.

Most of the exercises you describe will also have some cardio benefit. I don't see mention of working your calf muscles though.

If you start with the largest muscles (glutes and thighs) and work toward the smaller muscles, arms and calves, you should have a pretty well rounded routine.

The running in place is trickier. I'd recommend jumping rope instead.

It will work anything will work. Even if you just walk everyday. I'm trying to get abs and my crunches are working. See I sing so I have to be careful what exercises I do so yeah. lol
