I just meet my girlfriends parents and are about to sit down to sunday dinner. I have gas so bad that I have to cross my legs to keep it in. Help there calling us to the table any minute now. Im playing on the family computer letting them rip out as much as possible.

i bought an emachines last month at compusa. How come it doesn't come with a windows XP CD in case my PC needs a windows xp cd if i install new drivers or hardware? all it came with was a CD titled
"restore". does this mean i need to buy windows xp at retail price?

Or is it just becoming "popular" so to speak now because of all the new meds out there?

And I'm not trying to be sarcastic, I have been on my share of depression drugs, which have worked tremendously well by the way. (that along with talk therapy) I resisted the drugs at first, but when I couldn't get out of bed in the morning to go to work or would just cry at a drop of a dime, my doctor finally convinced me to give Zoloft a try due to a "chemical imbalance". Damn, I'm glad I finally listened to him, it saved my life, literally!

What are your thoughts?

I'm probably not the only one who is tired of spam. Why is it so difficult to find and punish people that send out bulk spam? Is it so hard to collect abuser's mail address/IP and check all mail against an abuse list before they drop down in my inbox? Are there other ideas to rid the world of spam?

Hope the next president will start a war against spam :-)
