Yes, if you apply the clinical techniques of psychology. Find ten subjects of a given sign, and separate into two groups: Test and control. Test is not allowed to read their horoscope. They have to swear to it. Control reads it every day as part of the experiment.

Then interview each subject in the following manner:

Describe your monetary situation - did it improve or did it degrade. What influenced the direction?

Then look for correlation based on the horoscope of the day. You can modify the questions to better reflect the horoscope.
