I was finishing one of the automatic updates, for Windows XP SP2. I rebooted and as I got to the log in screen... my USB port randomly stopped working. All of the other 5 works, but that one. I didn't change anything to it.

Also, I noticed it worked before the login screen, but it didn't when it reached that screen.

First off, I'm not a fan of his. He admits to not watching many games, which I would think is part of being a good analyst. He also says a number of things that border between stupid and just plain crazy.

From tonight's game - "I think you have to pitch to Arod, as good as he is, since Cano is swinging the bat so well." Anyway, Papelbon walks Arod, then strikes out the "hot" Cano. Yes, Cano has had a good series, but he has a .320 OBP with runners in scoring position, as compared to Arod's .417....good logic, Joe.

For the record, Joe also said that Posada was swinging a hot bat - I guess going 4-for-18 over the last week counts as "hot" in Joe's book.

How does this guy win Emmys? Are the voters just that dumb? Because I like to think most fans are smarter than that.

My parakeet just laid 2 eggs. i have 2 other male parakeets too and sometimes they are around each other but i read that it can only lay fertile eggs within 2 days of mating...my bird hasnt been near the others for at least a week...could they still be fertile? and also..is it possible for a parakeet to lay eggs without mating? what do i do?

French macaroons are very different from the traditional American macaroons. They are small, round cakes, crisp on the outside, smooth and soft in the middle with a filling in the center (for a pic you can visit the laduree (.com) website.
I am aware that I can purchase them via FedEx from the New York location of the Paris patisserie, Fauchon. And from the Laduree website in London, England. But those alternatives are very expensive, especially the shipping costs. I was hoping to find a French bakery/restaurant local in Houston that sells thiss amazing dessert. Thanks in advance for everyone's help!

My mom said that the state will pay you to be an in-home caregiver to a family member. She lives in Oregon and I live in Nebraska. I never heard of such a thing. I vow to take care of my mom instead of putting her in a nursing home when the time comes. But, can I really get money from the state as an in-home caregiver? Does this depend on the state, or do all states have that program?

i am 20 and this little problem could just be that i am very horney being 20 and still a virgin(damn it!)

any how my problem is this. one of my dads friends has a wife i would love to just throw on to the nearest flat surface and make her scream in pleasure. (actualy he has 2 friends like that but i see this one more so i have his wife in my mind more than the other guys wife) and even though i try to be honorable(hard to do after being self distructive after a year) i just cant seem to get past the though of making love to her! :O also i think she would welcome the attenction of a young man (shes not even 33 i think) i just dont think she actualy would, she would flert possably but shes too nice to spread hers legs for some one other than her husband. and what makes it better for me (bad for her) is that her husband kind of a dich and kind of mean to her so i would have a better chance to do her.

so tell me if i am right

When you see one married couple going together around you then you should pray for them in your heart as "be more a happy life and long live both of you" with a little smile.

legal couple are on this planet are married couples only, other than this all are stupid and craaapy excuses. (avoid them)

And when you dont see married couple but other than this, then you have 100 % rights to curse on them, snap to them, finger at them, shout on them, stones at them, bullying them, stare at them blah blah because we dont want stupid and ignorant culture in our society NO MORE and HELL NO MORE
