Its propably becuase your stressed, afraid or frustrated about something. This may be from the conscious or sub-conscious part of your mind. Sit down and relax and think about what could be making you feel the above emotions...be honest. Once this is done you will have no trouble sleeping again.

Hey I know how that feels, I have five sisters and we all have sleep issues. So we've tried drinking wine or beer before bed as well as alot of diff rent sleep Ade's, some work some don't. good luck.

i get insomnia sometimes too..
and have found that "grandma's" advice of milk before bed actually helps...so for me.. its a nice long relaxing bath, a snack (usuallu a banana) and a large glass of milk - about 10 - 15 mins before i go to bed.. i find i fall asleep faster and rest better and wake up feeling better....
i'm not much one to use prescription or over the counter sleeping aids...prefer something that i know what is..

I have the same thing. May I suggest Valerian Root. I helps and it is cheap, you can get it @ walmart or gnc.
