Well-written Fanfiction vs. Published Prose?

Ah. question is pretty self-explanatory. Which do you prefer?

Personally, it'd have to depend on the quality of the book, how well the loose ends were tied, the closure of relationships, etc.

I prefer fanfiction to the actual work most of the time... merely because... the authors must restrain themselves from publishing anything too shocking, so I believe they censor what they write to fit a wider population. True, there are a lot of fanfiction pieces that are just a waste of time to read, but the truly spectacular ones... are sometimes four times better than the original storyline. They don't have to establish the characters, as they are already well-known... they can sometimes bring attention to relationships that the author did not focus much on... they can go beyond what the author had in mind for characterization. They can let us squealing fangirls have what we want but is never given in a book-- the passionate sidestories that the author never includes.

D.U.I In CA Been 16 years sence last DUI?

I Live in c al with my husband who had 3 DUI back in last ones in 1990. Sence
than my husband does not drink. But he did do 6 month in jail paid fines.And know he cant get his license today. He is a plumber and needs to drive and provied for his family. What I am asking is sence he quit drinking has no other bad driving record.Why can't he get his license today? He's been driving with out for 16 years asnd he needs to get a driver licence today.

Is it common?

For a boxer to have both, great power and great speed? Especially at lighter weight class? I was wondering because today one of heavy weight boxer at my gym was telling me that he really like my power and speed and I was sorta surprise that I have both since I never really try hard to be fast or powerful, I pay more attention to my tactic and skill than power or speed.

I am wondering can she take herbal now like chicken essence, bird nests etc? Some people say cannot cos it might make the cancerous cell even stronger.. I am really at a loss now.. I saw my mum so weak after her chemotharapy and she complain of the side effect she having now.. My heart really break so hard! How I wish I can subsitute her ! The time and date of computer watch does not change. How can I fix it?

The time and date of the watch (which is visible in the extreme right corner) of my computer got changed automatically due to unknown reasons or there is a possibility that some other person would have changed the same in my absence.

The problem is when I correct the time and date, it works fine. But when I again restart my computer, it still shows the old date and time.

What is the possible reasons and how can I fix it?

I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!my face??

ive tried everything [[and i mean EVERYTHING]] and nothings worked for my acne. its not that bad, but my skin gets very gross and oily throughout the day which makes me really self concious....and i already have a low self esteem without the acne. ive tried the antibiotics and that hasnt worked so my doctor suggested i use accutane......i read the risks involved and im kinda freaking out. i really want to do it but i think some personal opinions and reviews would help a lot. thanks. please dont make any negative remarks...
