Insomnia wins again tonight. I wish I know how to fall asleep.

I use a box fan. I turn it on whenever it's time for bed and it makes me sleepy. My mind has associated the sound with slumber, so everytime I hear it, I can sleep.
If I don't have my box fan, it's ten times harder for me to sleep. The soft rumbling sound of the fan is relaxing and I think it has something to do with remembering being inside your mother's womb. If you've ever heard a recording of that, it sounds very similar to a box fan.

Try staying on a routine for a week or two. Increase activity during the day and lay off the caffeine.

Hi! I fall asleep praying...well I use a mantra so I suppose the monotony relaxes me to the point of delta waves. :D

just keep answering as many questions as i can until i finally get sleepy.. usually its around 3 am when i finally get tired of this.... i got 3 top answers and im hooked.. i want more... whats funny about it . you get them on the ones you are being stupid or sarcastic to .. not the ones you put real knowledge into... lol...keep the questions coming i still have 2 more hours before sleep time....

I listen to soft piano music and picture either someone iceskating or ballet dancing to it. Works everytime.
