Those of you that think he's wrong. You must not care about how to feed and cloth and pay for where you live. In cal it takes two incomes. This man rasied my 3 kids and we 4 and we both work. He thinks it messed up they won't give him his license
But when he was doing his time in jail the jail let him drive a truck around because he worked on plumbing in the jail.i Guess that was ok thow.

don't do the crime if you can't do the time. He's been driving without all this time he obviously doesn't care about laws, so he might as well just keep doing whatever he pleases. Glad he's not drinking though, but I'm not real sure I believe that cuz if he were involved in a program of recovery he wouldn't be whining about the consequences of his own actions. Oh but maybe he isn't maybe it is just you. Are you working, by the way. It isn't just the man's job to provide for the family, you know.

My understanding is he can get his license after 10 years with a clean record. I'm glad he is living clean and sober. It's probably much nicer for you and the family. He should be rewarded for turning his life around. Check with the DMV in your state for accurate information but once again, congratulations to you both.

Well it might be to late today DMV closes at 5. I do not think they revoke your license for 16 years, what else was he convicted for? Although it is my opinion, if you get convicted three times for DUI you should never be able to get your license. You are very dangerous and putting to many lives at risk.

your husband is the very reason I'm scared to DEATH to drive down the road with my 3 children in the car! and the fact that he BREAKS THE LAW still to this day and drives without a license proves that he is still a jerk.
you reap what you sew. i hope he gets busted!

Your babby desires to spend it sluggish "interior", in different words do not post bail for a minimum of 6 months, if in any respect. Babby is to blame for the deaths of five innocuous human lives and his trend of misbehavior led him hence far. If it were me, i'd strive against like hell to look after my sons because they're good and good men. you won't be able to say that about babby.you've listed 4 previous offenses, with attack being the worst. i recognize it isn't person-friendly to settle for yet he belongs in the "gadget" and can be indicted by technique of a Grand Jury, ensuing in an large bail quantity because he's a diverse flight threat, if the court may even evaluate bail. enable's pass ahead and recognize that he will be tried as an individual for 5 counts of manslaughter, with the possibility of the costs being more effective to 2d or third degree homicide. And the prosecutor has the alternative to improve the costs to something even worse so he gained't be coming abode for years. Now attempt to work out the flipside of his movements. 5 households will by no skill see their loved ones back because babby killed them. Will you be attending all 5 funerals and instruct actual grief to the households? His court appointed criminal professional will recommend adversarial to doing that yet what do you sense interior for those 5 deaths? and do not shake off the function you performed most advantageous as a lot as those tragedies. somewhat than make him take complete responsibility for his priors, you position him back on the streets as right now as you may want to augment bail. What message do you imagine you've been sending babby by technique of treating his crimes as trivial activities? You factor out a BF, how about his Father, is he alive and has he shown challenge for babbys defiance of the regulation? you've reason to cry your self to sleep for sometime, yet finally he will be launched in possibly 25-50 years and function a probability to stroll between the residing as a loose guy back. His sufferer's households don't have any such wish because your son, even as on your custody, killed 5 innocuous human beings. Sorry mom, yet your tale does no longer flow me. inspite of the undeniable fact that, my prayers and inner maximum sympathies bypass out to each and each of the households who had a loved one killed by technique of babby! Your BF has placed it somewhat crudely, yet there is a few information in what he's attempting to allow you to recognize. might want to God have mercy on their souls, and can want to they recognize His eternal peace and beauty for eternity, Amen.
