I am feeling pretty crappy, and I don't really know what to do anymore.
I've been both sleeping way too much and not being able to sleep at all, I've cried (and I never cry), and I've really cut back on my social life. I know that this is depression; I've been diagnosed before and had these symptoms.
I've also tried taking my prescribed anti-depressant, excercising, talking with my friends, spending time with my dog, listening to my favourite music, taking a relaxing bath, and making myself a nice meal. I will be visiting my psychologist tomorrow. But despite all of this, I still feel really terrible.
So do you all have any suggestions? I would appreciate it.
