I really need some experience, strength and hope this morning. I would love it if people shared some ways their faith has helped them through. Thanks in advance. Peace.

My faith in Jesus has helped me to survive, sickness (muscular dystrophy), divorce, work, a lack of work, love, love loss, depression and many other things.

Through time I have figured out that most of my problems come from a lack of renewing my mind in the Word of God. The problems I mentioned happen in life, how you deal with them usually depends from where you are in relation to where Jesus is.

Jesus is always with you if you have asked him into your heart, he has never left you and never let you down. We are the one that slide away, most of the time a little at a time, more and more over time.

When you give up your struggle and give it over to Jesus you find that he was always there, waiting for you. He wants you to let him help, he gave his life for you so why wouldn't you think he would help you with everything.

Most of us hold on to our anger, our sickness, our pride, our sins, our pain and every other bad thing in our life. We hold it like it's gold or silver, a precious posesion. We refuse to just release it to the hands of the one that can fix it all.

I know now that most of what I have wanted in the past was not what God wanted for me it was what society said I should have. I dwelled on sex, clothes, cars, money and every other thing that will pass with time.

When I figuered out that was wrong and asked Jesus to help me; started to worship him for the right reasons, and renewed my mind in his Word, things started to change.

Now I am happy, really happy for the first time in many years, maybe ever. Jesus started removing the desires I had for the things I really didn't need, he added desires for the things I did need, his things (Godly things).

I hope this helps you in some way to find what you truely need.

hey honestly... you shouldn't need your faith to get you through

there's always some thing you can turn to... be it familey or just some great new person to talk to... hell even this website has brought me a bit of joy all be it i've been here for two days lol

no matter what you believe... there will always be some kind person out there willing to give you a hand and quite often it will be someone you don't even know...

i actually pride myself on drive'n around late night and picking up some drunken scraggler and giving them a ride home... meet some pretty interesting people this way.... that is asuming i'm not the drunken scraggler for the night lol

Hallo there, faith has been my source of living especially during the last year, with faith you believe the unseen and with faith you can conquer your fears and if you ask God daily to strengthen you and energize you fully and asking Him for faith abundantly He'll do it for you without you realising it. Having faith means believing in the unseen and visualizing what the Almighty God will do for you and believing that you have what you asked for, I hope I've answered your Q....cheers

Life now has a purpose. God has a plan for me.... all I have to do is follow him. It's like being awake for the first time in your life, when you never actually realised you were asleep in the first place.

To have fiath in God is great. I feel sorry for those who don't.

All my life , God seems to put me where I need to be when I need to be there.
He is even there in bad times and helps me thru them.

The thing is , you have to WANT Him there. He'll come in if you let Him
He'll always stay away if you won't let Him in.

Call his name, and he shall show you new and wonderful things!read the word daily to feed your faith! It is in the word that he reveals himself to you and gives you wisdom and knowledge and hope! Christ in you the HOPE OF GLORY! I will call on the name of the Lord! Because he hears my cry! Thank you Lord! For your unwarranted favor!!!!!!!!!

Scripture says to take your immediate concerns to Him leave them at His presence and then rejoice because He will do something about it where you can't or are not able. At that point you can BE HAPPY AND NOT WORRY.

Good remedy for what ails you!!!!!!!!!
