Today I didn't notice any problem with AIS though. As a matter of fact my cell phone has been functioning quite normally all day so far.
I am in Bangkok.

AIS isn't going quite well these times, so it doesn't matter. I hope they can fix soon. Believe me, it won't last so long. Or, you can advise her to use DTAC. It's quite better at the moment.

there are always network problems here so just keep trying its a usual problem we just live with
