My hubands dad passed away at 47 years old and he has became unbearable...?

My father in law passed away last month and my husband has been so upset about it. The problem is, he is mgr. at work and has been snapping at his employees. He is even being rude and snappy with me. I have never in 5 years seen him be such an asshole. Is this normal behavior when greiving? I have never lost a parent so I dont know what he's going through and I don't want to tell him how to feel. I just want my sweet husband back. Is he ever gonna get back on track?

Help ! Am i too young for him !?

I'm 16 and dating a 25 year old guy, my family keep trying to break us up and my brother has threaten to beat my boyfriend up if I dont split with him. I really really like this guy and he's never pressured me into sex or anything so I dont understand why my family have a problem with him. I think I'm actulally falling in love with him, if you can even be in love at 16, and I don't want to split wth him as I can rally see our relationship having a future.
