Many things are healthy when taken in moderation, but then become dangerous when one overindulges.

Running, for example, is an excellent cardiovascular work-out and will make your heart strong. However, running for long periods on hard surfaces like concrete can damage your knees.

Chocolate, when eaten properly, contains powerful antioxidants that other foods like fruits do not have. Most chocolate available in stores, however, is very low in chocolate liquor. Dark chocolates have higher concentrations, but even then, eating the ammount that would provide sufficient antioxidants would also cause the intake of significant ammounts of saturated fat. The ammount of calories chocolate contains are also not proportional to its nutritional value in my opinion. Chocolate (although potentially healthy) should be eaten sparingly.

WATER! You need it and it will keep you healthy, but just like anything else, too much of it can kill you! There have been cases of people drinking so much water, that they died! Isn't that weird?!!! Also, you need the sun to live, and a little of it is good for you but too much, could lead to skin cancer and kill you!

My farts. Healthy to get rid of them, but bloody lethal once out in the open. Especially after the curry and 18 pints of lager I had last night.
