allergies have never made me feel like this. I have a cough that I've had for three weeks. It sounds and feels terrible. A couple days ago my throat started hurting. I cannot seem to get enough sleep. I am simply exhausted. I almost fell asleep in my car this morning in the parking garage. I've never felt so run down before. It just feels like so much more than allergies. My doctor prescribed Singulair, a pill for the cough and cough medicine with coedine. He says that I should come back if I don't feel better in 7 to 10 days. I don't think I can take this for another 7 to 10 days. HELP!!!!! Do you think this is allergies?

How am I supposed to help my sister? She's totally depressed?

She's on all types of depression medication, anxiety medication, and her hands are always shaking. She just moved into her own place (she broke up with her bf) and it's been like 3 weeks and she still hasn't unpacked anything....she cries all the time, nothing I say to her makes her feel better. She's been on and off of cocaine I know. I feel so bad for her, I want to help her feel better, but what do I do? Everything I say to her makes her more depressed, nothing motivates her, I feel like she's spiraling down...again. She will be 30 next month, I'm 25 and my life is totally different than hers. I'm married with 3 kids, she's single with 1 kid, I can tell she is jealous of my family and whenver she comes over it seems like she just gets more depressed. I don't want her to feel this way, I want to help her I just don't know how she thinks, what encourages her and motivates her. I feel like I just want to give up and deal with my own busy family. But I don't want to do that.

It would be help if any professionals could answer this, my nurse has been useless!?

After injecting, the skin stays painful temporarily. After the pain is reduced it does not go away completely and it stays tender for a very long time!

Why does this happen and is there anything I can do about it?

P.S. I know about injecting at different sites to help... but I dont have enough different space, most of them hurt!!
