This is not an attempt to answer your question. I do know that they will be expensive. But what I wanted to say is that I talk alot to the USA & use Skype In..I have purhased a Skype number in the USA which is local to the person I speak to in the USA. They ring that number for free from their landline. I have calls to that number forwarded to my landline (here in the UK) which is a cordless phone. If I haven't got skype running or my computer is off ....then the USA call comes straight to my cordless phone landline. I pay for the call from my USA skype number to a UK landline which is just over 1p per min. The American pays zilch. There is no extra cost just to forward calls. The voice clarity is 100% as good as a normal landline call & we are both talking on cordless landline phones. ...Just for your info. ...if you were not aware

You'll have to ask Netgear.
