Maybe if the democrats would have run a viable candidate say anybody but John Kerry, the outcome might have been different. Its time to quit b!tching if you are a democrat and find someone who at least looks like he's capable of running the country. Its not that Bush was any better, but the people knew what they were getting with him. Whereas Kerry was another Senator from the Northeast and everyone knew they didn't want another one of those people. Considering no Senator has won a presidential election since JFK, it might be time for Democrats to find candidates elsewhere.

Both parties tried to rig the votes, there is ample proof of this from many different states, Both parties cheated. It's just that the Republicans are better at cheating than the democrats. A true Majority of Americans did not support Bush. Bush did not get more than 50% of the Americans voting for him. That is a fact! But in Ohio in 2004, the republicans used many many different underhand and some illegal actions to rig the vote and managed to do so in such a way as to steal the presidency for Bush again.

BTW MICHAEL_USAF, if you ever want to get a girl, educate yourself. Your pathetic, fearful nonsense would not inspire anyone to date you. Learn some history, Liberals do not support Hitler, actually your Hero Bush's Grandfather, 'poppy' Bush funded Hitler's rise to power and his Jewish genocide. GW Bush himself, a fundementalist Christian, is only supporting Israel, so that the Christins have a country to destroy in order to usher in the return of Jesus.

The vote counting was rigged by Diebold, the computer manufacturer which is a Bush supporter, and guaranteed that Bush would be elected if their machines were used.

Additionally, many people were unable to vote due to restrictions like not enough machines in anti-Bush areas, names deleted from electoral roll, etc. etc.

Basically the vote was rigged, and it will be again. Its now a standard feature of elections. The same thing happened in Mexico, because Bush wants to form an alliance with Mexico and Canada, called the North American Alliance, and he wants to make sure that the prime ministers in each of those countries agree with him.

The Military is 2/3 Republican. They also vote twice as much as the general public. 1.4 million active duty soldiers, and 1.2 million reserves. It also has 26.4 million veterans, nearly 13 percent of the nation's ADULT population.

If you do the math it means that The military made sure that Bush is in power. If you work it out it means that the Military gives the Republicans a 8.6% advantage at the poles.

if the liberals were paying attention to the world in the 90's instead of cutting back the CIA,FBI,Military, and your so called president paying more attention to some fat slob intern, Pres. Bush would not have to clean up the mess you liberals created. Furthermore it is you liberal fanatics that are in bed with the extemist muslims, and are without a doubt anti-semetic. You should change your party's name to "I LOVE HITLER"

He was elected because of one of two reasons.

1. Through incompetence the democrats couldn't field a team.

2. The majority of americans who vote wanted him back in office.

(I'll give you a hint... its both 1 and 2.)

And Liam... you have your states and parties mixed up... its was dead people in Illinois who voted for the democrats. The Florida dead voters was debunked long ago.

Because he was the lesser of the evils offered up for vote. Pitiful, that these political parties have all these resources available, and those horrible choices were the best they could do.

Some would say there was some voter problems in Ohio, but Kerry was not the best the Dems could have put up there.

For 2 elections running, he was the best candidate and he received the most electoral votes.

If you are unhappy with that, then choke on it.
