What should I do? Ok he is my best friend but i have a crush on him and he doesn't know. I really want to tell him to see if he feels the same way. But then I don't because what if he doesn't like me that way? He just moved and that is when I started liking him again. I am afraid of rejection and that if we do go out that it might ruin our friendship. He acts like he likes me the way I like him but then he says he doesn't like me that way. Now he doesn't know I like him again so maybe things have change. What should I do? Tell him or not tell him?

I have already applied for Federal and State Aid (FAFSA.Perkins and Pell).
I will be attending PSU for a dual major in Biobehavioral health and Health Policy Admin. I have one year of financial aid and 54 credits. Would like to stretch it out, but cannot get a loan. Looking for scholarship, grant aid sites or ideas. Thanks
