Why do liberals say that we are in the war in Iraq for oil? If that is true, then why are oil prices so high? If we wanted to control the world's oil supply, then why is Iraq free to sell its oil to whoever it wants? The U.S. oil companies buy oil from Arab nations, from OPEC. We don't own the oil fields over there. We have investments in them, just like other countries have investments in them too, or in U.S. busineses.
It seems that when people run into things they don't comprehend, they make accusations and call names. They call America and Bush oil mongering blood sucking murderers (ok, so that's a little exagerated, but you get the idea.) I've been to Iraq, and I haven't seen any masive amounts of stole oil heading towards the U.S.

I helped him get into an apt after Katrina(hurricane) and now he just wants to stay there mostly alone, unless his kids are there, I do see him, but usually not long, because I get that vibe when he wants to be alone. I know he is depressed and may need medication or time. I am newly divorced but dated a lot while separated, so I have met many men. I love him, but I do not know when I should go or stay and that is a horrible feeling. I do not know what to do or how to help or if I should just stay away and let him make all the first moves. I am so confused, and at this time it should be all new, not more hurt or confusion, and I do not want to dump him, but he is down all the time, and negative energy gets to me.Im 35 and he is 37, we both aren't getting any younger, yet this is his 1st place totally alone, but sometimes I feel shut out of his world and I do not want to have to push or force my way into anything. Why should I have to? What should I do?

OK.. I am trying to pump and get a supply because my husband and I want to take the older kids the an amusement park and leave the two babies with grandma for the day. When I pump, I am lucky to get a total of an ounce from both sides together. Now that makes me wonder if my supply is good enough for my 5 1/2 month old son. Does anyone have any input on this? I have a hopsital grade breast pump.. its a medela.. Thanks!

I am looking into purchasing an affordable 4-wheel drive car, truck, jeep, etc.. BUT not an SUV. I don't need anything that huge. A Dodge Durango is probably the biggest vehicle size I'd buy.

I like the VW Jetta, but I don't think those are 4-wheel drive. If it's a truck, one with an extended cab.

I'll be moving to UT where it snows, so I need a reliable car.

for some reason the smoke detectors keep beeping and there is no smoke or anything. they just go off at random intervals and last about 30secs. this is very annoying...does anyone know why this is might be happening?...maybe batteries need to be replaced but i dont know

I was at Victoria's Secret the other day and one of the mannequins had on these awesome thigh high fishnet stockings....they weren't the kind that stay up alone, they were the kind you have to wear with a garter, true stockings. Anyway, they weren't something that VS carries......oh and they were lavender....does anyone know where to find these types of fishnets? Thanks.
