ummm...i've always wanted a guy to kiss me (dont worry i've had my first kiss and made out wit someone) but ummm... probably look in their eyes..and then keep glancing at their lips.... well thats what i do and they do kiss me lol...Good Luck...

Just look into his eyes as if you are looking into his soul. If he seems comfortable with this, he will kiss you when the time is right.
Otherwise, he may not be attracted to you enough to want to kiss you. It's nothing personal about you, it could be that he is gay, in love with another female, hasn't gotten over the feelings he has for his mother, is a sadist and likes to see people attracted to him suffer, is a meglomaniac or narcissistic and likes the attention and fears that if he kisses you his ego won't be catered to, or myriad other possible reasons.
If I were him though, I'd kiss you on principle.

Kiss him! Why should it be his job to read your mind and then make the first move? Be bold, it is a huge turn for men when women take control of the situation, and you will get what you want!

Well first you need to be in a deep enough of a realtaionship. Then you have to ask one pf his guy friends to see if he like you alot. Then when the time is right lean in and he'll foloow and turn your head right and he'll foloow that too then there you are kissing him.

well u should be spontaneous with it, surprise him, when u two are just sittin alone together take ur hand and move his face towards urs look at him in the eyes fo a couple of seconds and slowly lean in to him to give him a kiss
