i stumbled across someone and we talked... he has bipolar and it sounds exactly like what i've been trying to deal with for years.
i don't know much about it, just that i have like 2 moods, HYPER or DEPRESSED, no where inbetween and i can't control my moods...
i am depressed a lot... almost all the time and i hate it because my friends ask me what's wrong and nothing is. my moods never match what's going on. ususally when they ask i have to lie and say i'm doing fine becasue otherwise they worry too much.

i want to get help if i do have it and i need more information on it, anything please.

i tried to tell my mom that i thought i had a chemical imballence in my brain because i'd done a little research on depression... but she said it was people being lame and wanting an excuse.

i'm 17 and in college is there anywhere i can go to find out if i have it?

i wish people would understand... no one does. everyone says to just "be happy" and i try but i can't.

Lets face it, v.few go around corners, tech is pretty dated=uneconomical, and they are poorly built.

They are simple to fix and do sound good tho.

do you think a 17 yr old girl should date a 26 yr old guy? He's not a child molester and he's never done this b/4. He has friends his own age and so does she, but she thinks boys her age are too immature.

Just went into the kitchen to see next doors cat on my avairy roof frightening the birds. After asking it politely to remove itself it stared piecingly into my eye's with no thought of doing what I asked. In fact challenging my autority! Only by staring back even harder and putting my hands on my hips did it leave. LOL.
Any more stories like this out there.

I do it. A lot of other people do it too. Most don't even realise they're doing it until someone else points it out. It does seem to affect concentration. Why? Is there some rational, scientific reason for doing it?

My husband & I are a very sexually active couple (at least 1x or more a day & we've been together for almost a yr) & although I'll be satisfied during sexual intercourse, afterwards (a few minutes or even a few hours) I find myself wanting more, but he'll be spent. We try all different things & rarely the same position 2x/wk (only 3 positions are ever the same). He's the sweetest & most caring man in the world but I fear I may be a nympho (like most of the females in my family...) I'd only been w/ a few people before him but they hadn't broken my hymen nor given me an orgasim (he gives me MANY during sex) Also, I haven't the <3 to tell him that he's never given me an orgasim while going down on me. Is there anyway that I can get off while he goes down on me? Since he loves to so much? Being w/ another is OUT OF THE QUESTION!! (Yes, he has a tongue ring & <3 2 watch me play. No, I wasn't abused sexually as a child. I could go w/o sex w/ him & could cuddle instead. I just want to know y)

My wife and i have been married for 5 years, we have three sons under the age of 5 together, lately she says she doesn't love me anymore. i have been trying to do as much as possible around the house, help with the kids but she says she is not attacted to me anymore, she feels cold with me. we try to go out by ourselves to spark something by it seems like nothing is working. one day she says everything is fine, and other days she is not happy. she is 32 and i am 37. i have never cheated on her or lied to her. i don't spend time in bars, i am home as much as possible. we have no money problems. we have been to see consulting and i does seem to be getting any where. the biggest problem that has come up was i wasn't helping enough around the house. she also says she went through hard pregnancies. is there a chance she will fall back in love with me? I think this is going to be hard on me and my kids?

a difficult job consisting of a very complicated laundry list of checpoints and walking 6 miles a shift has up until now been unsupervised and left to the integrety of the front line staff, despite the challanges of the job and low wages they have been doing excellent save for a few problem individuals and unclear standards.
Now management has decided to go from not watching at all to watching every detail, but they have not yet paid the price to bring the systems, rules and policies up to date from the last unsuccessful revision 2 years ago and it will result in a painful transistion and people who have to guess which of two rules is currently being enforced, and new rules are constantly being added.

I am caught between a duty to make the rules fair and consistant, and a duty to hard working honest people to keep them from being punished for our lack of structure in a poorly thought out change.
All this and the change has to happen in buisness time. What is the best soultion?
