do you think a 17 yr old girl should date a 26 yr old guy? He's not a child molester and he's never done this b/4. He has friends his own age and so does she, but she thinks boys her age are too immature.

but if no one knew, he wouldn't get caught. And it's not like they're having sex, they just want a nice relationship with each other. A whole year is a long time, they mite not like each other then...

I would say its ok to date, but what do you have in common? Being 9 years apart is the difference between being an adult in the last few years to being a kid/preteen. Stuff he would like and know about you may barely know, if at all.
Also, in most US states (assuming thats where you live) you need to be 18 to legally have a relationship with a person that age. If he was caught he could be sentanced to quite a few years in prison and end up having to register for the rest of his life as a sex offender.

First question is, is it legal where you live? Second question is, know what the person is after........just because a person tells you something doesn't mean it's true. A ho can tell you they are a virgin...that don't make it true. Just b/c he said he never done it before, doesn't make it true. "i've never done it" is the oldest excuse in the book. Be wise, know intentions....that's really all I can say.

it is perfectly fine and normal for 17 and 26 to be together.
it is not 62 and 17 right ? and even then some would say that is normal but to me, that is grandpa and granddaughter relationship.

ok well i think that is a total BAD IDEA first of all its illigal and 2nd he could have charges aginst him for child molestation and stuff like that but i think dating older guys is kinda discusting and im shure theirs mature guys her age not all guys are the same.
