How di I deal with a neighbor that mows his lawn at 6am and his dog poops in my yard?He speaks no English.?

He seems nice and all and he also runs his boat with this deep rumbling sound from 4am until about 5am,I am awake but my 3 year old and my 3 teens are trying to sleep!I speak some Spanish but not enough!

i'm looking for a children's book i had as a kid. it was poetry, i think dr. seuss. help?

there was a poem i remember, the last one in the book.
the ice cream man, that crazy man
he threw the cones in the garbage can
he threw the ice cream in the lake
he threw away the ice cream cake....
the cherries i love, he also threw
it drove me nuts and he threw those too.

The Sims 2 Sampler-Create A Sim?

I recieved a Sims 2 Sampler yesterday in Teen People and installed it. Whenever I double click on it or put the CD in, it displays the hourglass by the mouse but never starts the program. What's wrong?

My girl said i was mad about something last night and i wasn't?

My girl said I was mad about something last night and I wasn't?
Every time I go visit some friend of mind I come home upset she say and I told her I was find.
But last night she wanted just, me and her to go out last night. No friends just me and her so I said ok that what we would do so I left my friends house and came home so we can get ready to go out
she said what's the problem I said everything is fine she said you lie something is wrong. So when i started getting my cloths ready to go out she turns around and said IM NOT GOING OUT WITH YOU T'ILL YOU TELL ME WHAT'S WRONG. And again nothing is wrong by then I got mad and I went to bed so now just don't have anything to say to her. Oh she said I wasn't happy to see her when I walk in the door ... How should I deal with this. It has happen more then once before... I am just getting tired

If you are or have stayed in a unhappy relationship for the children do u think it benefited them?

I'm doing a research paper for school and trying to find pros and cons for each but haven't found that much reasearch done for when parents do stay in the marriage for the children just how does divorce affect the children. Thank you for your help

What is the best way to water plants?

Basic around-the-house plants in pots. My main question is, should you focus on wetting the leaves, or just the dirt where the roots are located. My assumption is that watering the plant's leaves and stems is useless, as they do not absorb water that way. Like humans do not eat food through their skin...
