I sit across from one of the Assistant Managers [not my direct, but from another team] and he has a bad habit of shaking his legs while he works, which in turn shakes the whole desk cube that we share. It shakes my monitor (it's flat screen so it shakes pretty bad) and it's really annoying. I've told him nicely about it once but maybe he forgot or whatever. So now I just grab my monitor to hold it still every time he does it. I'm just hoping he gets the picture when he sees me do that, but what else can I do!?? Ugh!

It's bad enough I can feel every single movement when someone walks around since we're on the third floor. With the floor shaking, the desk shaking, and now HIM shaking, my monitor shaking... AHHH!

specifically the phone i want is the lg vx8300 from verizon, its an upgrade from the phone i have and i read tons of reviews saying this is a great phone. my only question is that the phone itself has an mp3 player built into it so im wondering how i get the music onto the phone? do i have to pay for it? etc.

I've never really understood raising the minimum wage. I know that sounds crazy, but if you raise the minimum wage, won't you have to raise everyone else's wage too? I mean, it doesn't seem fair that jobs in fast food are getting a raise when other jobs that require a college degree, like for people in social work or the education field, don't get one. It seems to me that it's a heirarchy and that raising one means you have to raise others too.
