i've got had that concern for the longest time! For the ingrowns nearer to the exterior, attempt exfoliating that section a pair situations a week with a scrub glove, then positioned lotion on it, ideally one that includes salicylic acid. For the deeper hairs, in case you have any, attempt draw out salve (dab on a layer then bandage it for a pair days) it is going to pull the hair out . stable success!

Exfoliating!!! Buy an exfoliating scrub and rub it on the affected areas while taking a hot shower. The heat makes the exfoliating process easier. Exfoliating also helps with acne on any part of the body.

Regular exfoliation and moisturising. DON"T PICK! Also, if you shave the area, make sure you're shaving the particular area with the correct technique of up/down, again, depending on the area.

Prevention is better than cure. Anything that toughens the skin, such as alcohol (I don't mean taken internally) is bad news because it will encourage ingrowing hairs. Also, shaving will toughen the skin.

tweezers work. Where are u getting them? Are they from shaving? If so, use an effective hair removal instead.
